Patrick Banfield Photography | Wedding Q&A

The answers to some of your Questions…

It starts with sending me an email (or call) to check the availability of your date.  If the day is free, and I hope it is, we make an appointment to meet and get to know each other and answer all the questions you may have!

The meeting takes place at a time and date agreed upon (often in the midweek evenings, only because that suits most people, but I’m open to anytime really) and we go through all the details.  The meeting takes place at my home office as opposed to the studio, since that is where I keep and work on all my pictures.      The address is:

18573 Whispering Woods Dr, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025

A date is only firmly booked when the contract and deposit are received.

If you choose to use me as your wedding photographer…

You can mail the contract and deposit (1/3rd of package Value), if you didn't fill it in at the meeting.  If you mail it, it will be signed, copied and mailed back to you.

With all that done, the next meeting will hopefully be an engagement shoot, should you choose that option...  But if you have had them taken already or don't require them... Move on to The Wedding Day!

The Wedding!

About 6 days before your date, you can email me a brief itinerary of where and when you would like me to begin my day (Postal addresses are required for me to enter into my GPS).

After the wedding…  It takes about five to six weeks to go through the photos, make enhancements and prepare them.  You are more than welcome to come over and view the pictures, or I can upload them to your own gallery for you to share and download the images yourself!

The Album Option

You will need to pick out the pictures (about 50 works great) you would like in your album, along with any special instructions that you may have for individual images.  A visit to go through your selection is preferable, but you can email me the information if you choose.  The album will then be designed in a style that you have chosen and a proof of the album will be sent to you through email .  You can request changes and rearrangements at this point, and when it finally meets with your approval, the instruction to print will be given.  The album company I use is in Italy
